Because today's offensive performance was pretty pathetic.

As was last week's.

Frankly.. the offense hasn't been very good since about week 3 of this season and I'm starting to wonder if Garrett is the wonderkid we all thought he was.

The defense played FANTASTIC today and it was almost all for nothing because of Garrett's offense.

I know you're sitting there waiting to tell me how awful Brad Johnson is and how the offense will be much better when Tony Romo gets back.

So, I ask you this.. if all we need is Romo to get back, then why even employ Garrett? What difference does he really make? I'm starting to think that this is a guy who, unless he has an all-pro at every position, really can't field the kind of dominant offense he had last year.

Or maybe he can, but if he's going to be our head coach next year he better start showing it soon. Because I'd just as soon rather have a creative mind who uses all the weapons at his disposal and can still get the job done whether one of them is missing or not.

He was inconsistent or off and on to be nicer. He mixed up better than he has the past couple weeks but than he runs a play that makes you scratch your head. Better than the last two weeks by far. The offense would have scored more points if we had a better quarterback.

As I said in the game thread.

No.

This was all on Brad, he had some guys wide open and flat out missed them.

This was a good game plan I thought.

Brad makes this offense look horrible. Can't evaluate garrett with this guy in.

Garret wasn't making the throws, actually I think I would take Garret over Johnson at this point !

Did you see Brad throw an accurate ball over 10 yards today?

Brad limits what an OC can do, period.

Asking garrett to be great with BJ at QB is like asking Michael Phelps to win the gold with an anchor tied to arse.

Marion Barber looked gassed in the 4th Quarter. Why can we not get Choice a few touches throughout the game to keep Barber fresh?

This is it. Lock er up.

Did you, uh, actually watch the game or the QB play? Missed TO for an easy TD in the end zone, and missed him again that probably would have been a TD close to the endzone not too long after that on another drive.

Garrett isn't perfect but keep in mind he is still learning on the job. What is this only his 3rd year of coaching? He is extremely inexperienced. We also were ranked in the top 5 of offense coming into this week. I also dont see many coordinators score a lot of points with BJ back there.

You are a very wise man...;)

romo makes garret and the rest of the coaches look like geniuses just like emmitt used to send nate newton to the pro bowl annually.

Exactly. Romo makes it go. If he's not there, it ain't goin'.

Fire Garrett...it's not as if TO hasn't been struggling all season....one trick pony Garrett....

You have to work with what you have ,and if you have a limited talent then you must limit his mistakes by limiting the plays he runs.

JC did a good job with what he had to work with.

On the other hand.

THE "D" PLAYED AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:starspin:starspin:starspin
