Mustard only. Perhaps relish if you're feeling frisky.
Anything other than that is sacrilegious.
um, sauerkraut says hello.

I'm also very glad you made it out ok and seem to be doing well.
If you're hungover...
Fry an egg or two and put some shredded cheddar, hotsauce, and ketchup on it. Toast the bun.

Do you eat it hot or cold? (I assume cold but ??) I use to eat cottage cheese (cold of course) with pepper and salt as a kid but I just don't want it anymore. But my Dad still loves it that way.
That looks awesome !
I eat turkey burgers... Having said that, I dress them depending on the restaurant I buy them from.
If I'm at home and it's just a quickie meal, then it's probably going to have cheese, mustard, and pickles.
I love turkey patties for burgers. Some of the pre-made, name brands are pretty good. I'll also buy the ground turkey and make-up my own mix w/ other meats and use it for everything from burgers to meatloaves to meat sauces/meatballs for spaghetti or in casseroles.
There's a place in Arlington, Chop House Burgers, that makes a burger that's char-grilled ground beef and slow oven-roasted brisket mixed to form a patty (yep, you read that right), house made steak sauce, apple wood bacon and smoked cheddar cheese on a butter toasted bun. Soooo good!

Has anyone tried a smashburger? I heard they're good.
That is one of the contenders in the best burger contest reported in the metroplex a week or so ago.
They put pictures in the paper and they did not resemble any burgers i had ever run across.
They just looked large and greasy to me.
The meat makes the burger for me,plus cheese and peppers.
