I switched from comcast to Directv so I could see the games on NFL Network and NFL Sunday Ticket. They didn't tell me I had to wait 21 hours after the game was on to see it. :(

Does anyone know where we can check out streaming video after the game? I know that sometimes people put clips up, that would be nice too. I have to wait until I get back to the States to watch and I can't wait that long.

LOL OK boss, but I am not getting that Philly jersey for your brother in law. I would have to buy a new suitcase so that godforsaken thing won't stink up the rest of my clothes. I would have to put someone elses name on the suitcase so no one would think I was a loser.

FYI, Sopcast really works....I watch pay per view boxing on there
all the time. Sucks that the Cowboys channel is offline though.

Hi all,

In an act of desperation last week, I downloaded the SopCast media software in hopes of catching the Cowboys/Broncos preseason game. But as luck would have it, we were denied the opportunity because the jerkwad who normally hosts it decided it was more important to take a vacation during that time instead, (I mean, dude, where are your priorities at?).

Anyway, I played around with this SopCast by checking out some other channels it offered. The problem that I encountered frequently was the shows would freeze or the incredble lengthy times it took to buffer. Is this more of a broadband issue and if so, would a cable modem handle it better than my dsl?

Last question, do I understand this correctly concerning NFL regular season games? I mean, is it possible to watch an out-of-market broadcast of your favorite NFL team in the regular season provided that someone is willing to host it?

Thanks and apologies if all of these questions have been addressed before.

Thanks, BigBadRoy. It's probably one of those things that sounds too good to be true but it would be a dream come true for those that can't afford the NFL Sunday Ticket. I happen to live in a small neighborhood and Roadrunner (cable modem service) just became available in this area. I'm betting that my speeds would be a hell of a lot faster since so few are on it over here.

I got it last week too, and one of the games took FOREVER to buffer, I think it was the Green Bay vs. Seattle game but I could be mistaken. Everything else worked fine, I think a lot of it depends on your connection and the host of the game. Its not a problem with SopCast in my completely unprofessional opinion.

I was checking ESPN Cowboys board, and someone posted the channel for the Cowboys. I checked it out yesterday afternoon (I live in the western time zone), and I saw the replay of the Cowboys/Broncos game, with Sham/Spagnola/Daryl Johnston doing tv play by play. So it was a feed from the Cowboys tv network. Don't know what time it comes on daily (you guys should know). So I'm guessing it might, just might be shown on this channel come Saturday. ;)
