went out to the stadium this morning, just wanted to look it over.
walked all the way around it, that takes a while.
went into the pro shop....wow that place is nice..plus you can go to the second floor of the pro shop and get a limited view of the field.
no field yet, they were working on the lights for the next concert, lots of people in there...workers, people training and fans of course.

took a few pictures but my camera battery died.

DID NOT find the Zone pavers, didnt really remember where they were other than section numbers and there are still no signs telling you what section you are looking at.

anyway heres some pics

i have driven by here a lot, and it looks big from the road but when you walk up to these sliding doors it hits you just how BIG these sliding glass doors are.

these diagrams are mounted on columns around the stadium to tell you just how far you really are from where you need to be to get to your seat !

some pretty rich folks have pavers...the Jones family has their own section right by the pro shop. All the pavers in that section except for Jerry and his wifes had December 25, 2008 on them. I know what Jerry got everybody for Christmas !! no pic though...dead battery in camera by then.

Yeah, those glass doors will take your breath away. I didn't realize there would be that much glass, but it's really like it's one giant glass structure. All sides are covered in glass.

the pro shop will make you feel like a kid in a candy store...a BIG candy store.
the place is beautiful.

the jersey area is large also...they have some fake lockers set up with the players jerseys in them. kind of neat.

it was a fun quick trip out there...too bad i didnt put new batteries in.
i will tell ya the air conditioner was working really good today.
and oh yeah...when you go i think you might wanna take plenty of money !

I am most certainly going to do this. I am going to the rangers-dodgers tomorrow and I will check and see if they are open tomorrow night.

I hear there's a new "Buildings Gone Wild" video being released soon.

I hear what you're saying though. Cowboys Stadium just blows away anything else out there and, as far as I can tell, anything that is currently on the drawing board. Makes you proud to be a Cowboys fan!

Thanks for the heads up Poke. I didn't know the Pro shop is open and you ca walk around the stadium.

I'm going to Dallas next weekedn so I'll be sure to go by there.
