He's a "learn by doing" guy. And it's paying off.

He got alllllllll the practice reps though. That's how he is good - he has to practice. He can't take mental reps like Sean Lee. Which is fine - some guys learn better by doing in anything in life.

I don't care how they do it as long as they keep it up on the field.

If he is playing well why would any player in his shoes even consider a two yr deal? Are you giving him a Madden contract?

I think it depends. I think if your the cowboys you offer him something like 1 year guaranteed for injuries and see if he takes it and bets on himself or you offer something like 3/9 with a little bonus and see if he's interested. I don't put anything big on him.

I agree. Maxwell is getting paid nearly 10 million a year. If you can get Claiborne wrapped up now for maybe 5 million a year, you consider it. If he has a shut out year and we wait for the market, he's gone.
