Eberflus and Brogonzi have strong reputations for building LB units. What the heck happened in Dallas?

Well, in all fairness to Schotty, his mentor lied on his resume to get the HC job here and admitted to doing so. Why do you think it is that the understudies of the brilliant coaching minds in the NFL go on to become Top Tier HC's? And what did we get? A nice guy who couldn't run a 2-minute offence if it ran for 10 minutes

Well when Jerry devalues the coaching staff because his feelings got hurt 30 years ago then it shouldn’t be a surprise the second rate coaches do a second rate job.

Jerry if you’re mad the coaches forgot about Wilson then get over yourself and hire good coaches.

If the coaches fail in preparation and gameplan, how do the players succeed?

Really starting to think this entire staff is a joke. How the hell does that even happen? I mean.....Schotty is supposed to be over looking all of this...and he doesn't notice this????

The dysfunction of this crew is on a new level....and I thought McCarthy was bad. WTH does this staff do during the week????

Such a lame a_ _ excuse! When I coached 9-12 year olds in soccer, I made sure they all got in the game. Where was the LBer coach?

This tells me Eberflus must have a very low opinion of Wilson and pretty high opinion of Murray. That’s concerning if true.

It’s the head coaches job to ensure his staff is following the game plan, but he is too busy being an offensive coordinator and is not communicating with the defensive staff.

And he doesn’t take accountability for the error to top it off. So much about culture

Andy Reid doesn’t attend any defensive meetings and it is well known that he’s almost completely hands off with Spagnuolo’s defensive gameplan and playcalling. Reid is also considered the best HC of the last decade.
