I know nothing of you getting yelled at for a variation of the word urinate. I assume piss. Not a filtered word, so I can't speak for that. I would never contact someone for it. That's just me. We're all human and all see things differently.smarta5150;1249282 said:It was the thread that is now ancient histrory when the news of Romo dating Jessica got out. I saw countless pics of busty women in skimpy bakinis. People were all over it saying he should date this 1, and this 1 (various names a long with pictures). Like OGT or soemone said... you can see worse on the WB.
Anyway I wasnt attacking the mods by any shot. I understand this is a family orieneted site but I have already been "yelled" at for using a slang term for urinate. When this site has smiley faces doing obscene below the pants gestures:jerk: and countless gun violence I think a picture of a woman in a bikini or another word for urinate would be ok.
Cartoon emoticons versus real pictures just doesn't balance to me. I personally don't like that smiley and have never used it. If it offends you please complain about it via PMs to the staff. No one ever has to my knowledge.
Pics do get posted and posters may see them. If we do, we remove them, and there were plenty of pics removed from that thread. I counted over 20 at one time. I will gladly re-count them for you if you wish because I can still see them.
If anyone expects us to remove every pic within a given time frame I'm afraid we can't do that. We have to see it first. One reason why we have a large staff of volunteers is to try and see as much as possible. We still miss stuff.
Our Guideline for that is not at all unreasonable. Nor are our expectations. We simply ask that it not be shared on this site. We made the exception for our Cheerleaders and that was a compromise. If you disagree you can always approach me via PM about this. I'm very accessable and I take that as respectful.
I can't address what is aired on the WB. Nor should anyone ask me to. The Guideline against these images has been in place on our forums for years and as I said we've been consistent.
