Looking at the Eagles schedule, they can easily be 14-0 by the time they meet us next

Wait until the end of the season, at least two of three will be playoff teams.

perhaps Cincy will be and maybe tampa. I am not seeing that dumpster fire in LA as making it but Ive been wrong before.I dont think any of them are as solid as last years but well see how they play the second half of sason

Fine as far as your principal point, but you mean the 2016 Giants were frauds because they lost in Lambeau to the same Packers team that summarily dispatched the Cowboys at AT&T seven days later?
no, the 2016 Giants were frauds because they won a bunch of games against bad teams by one score or less. They beat us twice in 50-50 games, one of which was Dak's first game ever.

The Packers dispatched the Giants, but they didn't "dispatch" us at AT&T stadium. They won by the skin of their teeth and only after squandering a huge first half lead over us because Dak was green to the playoffs in the first quarter, bad ref calls, and we couldn't generate a pass rush with 4 because D-Law was injured and Gregory was suspended. So our starting 4 were the two Crawfords plus two below average DTs. No pass rush except for the few times we blitzed that game.

Hardest game on the schedule is home vs. Green Bay, and Rodgers has been struggling badly this season... but who knows, he tends to pick it up down the stretch of the regular season.

Second hardest game is @ NYG, but we know they're paper tigers like the 2016 Giants team who won a lot of close lucky low scoring games and ended up 11-5 but were quickly exposed for the frauds they were in the playoffs.

The rest of the games between now and Week 16 @ Dallas are absolute cupcakes. I don't expect them to lose a single one except for maybe GB and/or NYG

Winning the division seems highly unlikely at this point.

Not sure how anyone can say this given the results of games thus far this season. How did Colts beat KC? Steelers beat Tampa Bay? Jets beating GB in GB, Atlanta beating 49ers?

Here is a hypothetical, so bear with me here:

Arizona is currently 2-4, 1 game back from the NFC West lead. What’s significant now is Deandre Hopkins just came off suspension this morning. Despite the year Adams and Jefferson are having, I still believe he is still the best WR in the NFL. He’s been that every year since Megatron retired and he’s STILL only 30. Week 7 he’ll be the freshest player in the NFL, and he’ll have deep threat Marquise Brown commanding a safety over the top every single play — something he’s never had his entire career. He is going to absolutely annihilate the league these next 10 games. Remember the Kyler Murray disparity last year: they started the year 10-2, then went 1-4 after Deandre got hurt. He has that big of an impact on Kyler and that team as a whole. No guarantee, but they have a real shot at running away with that division. Rams and Niners are both .500 teams and have had some UGLY losses this year. Niners have no offense, and their D just got run over by Atlanta. Rams are averaging 17 ppg, one of the worst offenses in the league.

Vikings look like they could run away with the NFC North, already have a 2 game lead and a tie breaker over the only other good team.

Dallas looks to be a wild card team and may even improve once Dak gets back. But even without him, they already beat….

NYG whom we should match up extremely well against.

Does anyone here realistically think Green Bay is losing 10-11 games this year? They still get to play the Bears whom they own, they still get the Lions, the Commanders, the Tua-less Dolphins…. Even in a bad year Rodgers will still have some big performances. That’s a wild card team in the 2022 NFC.

And then there’s New Orleans. Would love to get a top 5 pick from them, but they are also only 1 game out of the division lead there. Brady is not the same and the Saints have a rash of injuries to their Star players. When they all come back healthy, they could start racking up divisional wins. If there was one team that could take it to Brady in that division….

Its an outside shot, but it’s very possible Philadelphia could sweep the entire NFC playoff bracket in the regular season, which has never happened. Look at that list; that’s most of the best teams in the NFC.

And even if we did that, the narrative will still be that we never played anyone any good

But it's not just that; it's also the home/aways. They get both Minnesota and GB at home and we have to go to those cold weather places, even though MIN is indoors it's still cold and has a big time home field advantage. We get the Titans on the road and they get them at home.
It is the system. You alternate home away games against other divisions. We host the colts this year. In 4 years, we will go to Indy.

Schedules are based on where you finish the year before.

Yes, I know that very well, plus the placement games. It's just worked out majorly to the Eagles' benefit this year.

The NFL dealt them a very easy path. Meanwhile we had to play TB, Cincy, and at the Rams
I mean New York has left home ONE time since September 11. They’ve had two road games all season. Tennessee and London

True. But we also got most of our toughest games out of the way already. Rams, Bengals, bucs.

Our upcoming schedule is comparable to the eagles. A bunch of games we should win. And the Packers are not the same team we have come to know.

It doesn’t matter what they do. It matters what we do. We need to continue to gell ,fix our issues and get stronger each week. We’re a relatively young team so there will be growing pains. I’ve said it a bunch of times on this board. Let the Eagles peak now. We will be ready for the rematch in Dallas and the playoff run. They’re the perfect organization and fan base to get cocky and start to book their Super Bowl reservation. It will be the best when we knock them out of the playoffs in the Divisional game after their first round bye. They aren’t t as good as they think they are

I'm thinking right now that the 4th seed will be us unless the Eagles have a total meltdown.

You mean 5th seed? There's 4 divisions and 1-4, plus the opening wildcard round home game, all go to the division winner regardless of record... just ask the Saints how that turned out.

Perhaps not but winning in Lambeau has never been easy. Aside from Buffalo and maybe KC there aren’t any elite teams and anyone can beat anyone.
Eagles and Buffalo. Also I'd look for Green Bay to make their typical second half of the regular season surge. They've got a toss up game at Washington next week and then a scheduled loss at Buffalo the following week since Buffalo is coming off the bye and they're better anyway.

I think more than likely they'll be 12-2. They'll lose either home to GB or away @ NYG, and lose one other random game along the way. But we'll most likely have 3 or 4 losses by that point as well.

All those of teams are shells of their former selves, though. They might turn it around but all are just average right now.

At times? Yeah, I was. That game had the look of a rout at one point.
In all of their games, it looks like a rout. It is as if they call plays that are meant for the later part of the game while the other teams are scripting their defense.

Then in the 2nd half, the opposing teams adjust to them because Phi are calling the same plays that worked in the first half.
