Tee Higgins, Michael Pitman, Johnathan Taylor and Deandre swift all drafted in the 2nd rd/ Lamb, Jeudy and Ayuik all drafted at end of 1st.
It just depend on the wr class and how many teams need wrs. And it was deep last year

How many 1st round wrs were there at 24 that was worth a pick over LG/L Tackle

I woulda took the top rb

Ya know we woulda took a wr if one woulda fell to us

In the 2nd round we took Williams. No wrs

I woulda took Jelani woods.

I didn't mind the Tolbert pick but he had a 3rd round grade which I never considered him to be the #2 this year.

I never saw gallop as the #2 wr I thought he and Schultz was a byproduct of Cooper and Lamb

And that's another player that's a bit overhyped this year.

No my name is not Ronald.. My mama named me Ronnie.. and I don't respond to some grade school chump trying to permutate my name to get a rise. It hasn't worked.. doesn't work and never will work. I'm here to talk football not play the dozens..

Can’t blame you buddy, because someone call me Ronnie I surely would not respond.

I can't wait to see what we can do using Davis. But I'm not expecting much action from him tonight

He's not a power back just a RB with speed that can catch the ball so I'm guessing Zeke is gonna get a bigger load

And they'll use Davis 3-4 times and he'll hit a long run

If Zeke hits 100 yards he's gonna need Derek Henry carries js

I hope he gets Henry's workload tonight. Boy do I hope he gets 40 carries lol.

Ill hold off on Gallup signing until next year. BUT, Gallup has shown he absolutely has great hands. We need to see him take a huge step next year or then we can say the signing was not good. Of Tolbert isnt active and playing in every game next year, than that pick was an absolute bust. Which is still Ok, as it happens to every team in the NFL.

I think if Zeke gets 20 totes he will break 100 easily especially with them sitting Simmons tonight. Though you never know when some backup kid decides to use the Cowboys as his coming out party like that Watson kid in Green Bay did.. The Cowboys typically get everybody's best shot.. Hell Vrabel benched Willis for a guy with he's had less than 2 weeks.. Don't tell me he aint tryin to win this game.

That one db for the Texans sure gave us fits so ya never know.

Regular season Zeke is pretty good.

It's playoff Zeke I'm worried about. He's not the same guy he was in 2018

He's only ran for more than 20 carries 1 time this year w an avg of 16

22 times against the Rams for 78 yards and 3.5 yards per carry.

I think he's worn down late in seasons previously and obviously he was just hurt so I throw last year out. With Pollard getting close to 50% of the touches I think we see a much fresher Zeke this postseason. What would seal it would be if they were to rest him that last game against Washington. Though I would not blame him for wanting to play if he was within sniffing distance of 1000. There's nothing wrong with having goals and trying to attain them.

16 carries a game is a pretty light load for a power RB that isn't involved in the passing attack as a receiver.

It's pretty hard to overinvolve a RB thats longest run is only 27 yards all year. Js

Pollard had 3 runs over 45 and 2 passes for over 45 yards

So it's working out but his sure presence in the passing game is the difference maker to me when comparing both backs

If we had a running QB or a great passing oline he'd really be killin it.

Maybe.

Gallops #s we're already declining when Lamb got here and his production didn't increase and neither did Schultz's. It tanked in comparison.

CeeDee is best utilized in and out of the slot

But ya can't say our fo philosophy was to bring gallop back and have him and Tolbert up and running for 2023 and not this year.

This Fo is behind the drafting 8 ball every year. That's why we overpay players . They thought everybody else would JUST GET BETTER and they didn't.

I think we made a 20 million dollar goof up that cost us a better shot at winning a SB

But we'll see when our run game gets stifled in the playoffs what this wr core can do.

Hopefully bringing in Hilton at the last min will help.

I'm hoping he steps up in this game and fills that Cooper role that's been missing

You brought up Emmitt to try and prop up Zeke the same way Dak over Dallas fans bring up Aikman to try and prop up Dak.

That tells me all also.
I did no such thing. You make that up in your head.

You made up MY motivation...in your head...so you can keep your lie in your head going.

I did bring up emmitt's yards to show what success is. To show what a GOOD RB carries over the course of a great career. It's just the factual truth of it.

You keep hammering this made up lie to suit your agenda...rather than just read what's written. Because you hate the truth about it , and the truth doesn't fit your lie.

It shouldn't matter to anyone that wants Pollard gone after this year since they don't want to see him get money. This'll be a preview of what we'll look like without him if they get their way.
