I do not understand how so many of you thin you can just replace Pollard. He has made huge play after huge play all season long, and last season. I would be all for using a 7th rd pick to replace pollard if you could ensure you can replace him. Fact is, its not that easy.

The fact of the matter is neither Zeke nor TP would be as easy to replace as some proclaim. Both are good players.. A team should never be in a hurry to move off of good players. Zeke's contract has to be redone because they no longer use him in a manner that justifies his salary. Unless he is a complete boob, which I don't think he is, I think even he understands that. The tandem is great.. probably best in the league.. Why so many are in such a hurry to not have that will always be a mystery to me.

Pollard took a shot right in the thigh 4 whole days ago and if you ever played sports, you know that a shot like that hurts lie hell a few days after it happens.

You brought up Emmitt to try and prop up Zeke the same way Dak over Dallas fans bring up Aikman to try and prop up Dak.

Zeke is the ultimate team player... he loves this team, he loves Dak, he is being used perfectly IMO.I have said I think his deal gets redone and they keep pollard as well. JUst a guess, but I agree with you.... why the hell are people in such a hurry to replace good players is beyond me.

Zeke would be injured at this point if not sharing plays with Pollard this year. Zeke seems to finally healed up to find his second gear on some plays. We need both. Kellen needs more plays with two RB in game to confuse defenses better too.

I mean we literally have a RB duo that is probably the best in the league.. The only one that MIGHT be better might be Cleveland but Hunt has really not held up his end of the bargain this year. He's sitting at around 440 yards and a 3.9 average. Together Zeke and TP have more rushing yards and more rushing TDs as well as more receiving yards and TDs. And as an added bonus our duo has ZERO of the F-word (I refuse to say that word for fear of jinxing) while Chubb and Hunt have one each. These guys are good as a tandem on the field and good off the field for our team because of their selfless attitudes. It's just insanity to always be lobbying to break that up.

I will have to politely disagree though that Zeke is being used perfectly. They still run him way too much out of shotgun for my tastes. I don't that's how you get the most out of a downhill north-south runner.

I don't think it's gonna happen.

He's gotten us down to the goal line and had to watch them substitute for Zeke too often when he could be leading the league in Touchdowns

He's gonna get paid and it's just a matter of whether he wants a bigger role
