There should be more creativity to truly show what Lance is capable of.

QBs need to be able to go through their progressions quickly. Lance hasn’t shown anything that screams capable of doing that.

It doesn’t take creativity for the QB to throw the ball properly. There is no play that calls for the QB to throw behind the receiver.
