The talent is there, it’s obvious. People need to be patient and give him a real shot, too bad some have an agenda that prevents them from doing that.

I agree but the biggest problem with Lance is his contract status. This is the last year of his rookie contract. Unless he is willing to sign a team friendly extension, we are just wasting our time developing a QB for his next team.
