Biadasz hasn't begun to show his full ability, but he'll be more than a jag. Looney might not be a pro bowl player, but he's done well at both center and guard. Erving has looked good the last few games. Knight, up and down.

I'm talking about the OL as it is NOW. Maybe Biadasz develops.........but NOW he is terrible. Looney has not done well at all. Go look at his PFF grades. He ranks #22 at center. Biadez is worse ranking #32.. Brandon Knight and Cam Irving are among the lowest ranked tackles in the NFL.

Point is the same every year with this team. Once you get beyond the starters, its a disaster. This OL was thin from day one. It needed reinforcement far more than the team needed another WR.

This is mcgoverns 2nd year and his 1st was injured and no real offseason this year so i wouldnt says hes been here a while.

Though our best lineup would probably be williams backing up every spot on the oline with mcgovern starting. Id have already made the change this year with smith out.
You should look at the olines across the league.
Who would have been the better pick instead of lamb??

Maybe Mcgovern is the new Matt Johnson.....the less he plays, the greater the myth of what he might become grows.

We should have traded back for Isaiah Wynn out of Georgia whose the 9th ranked tackle in the NFL right now. A smarter team grabbed him.

Cowboys need to tank the rest of the way, so they can position themselves in the draft to grab Olineman Penei Sewell.

The game with Cincy will be big in this regard...if Cincy loses, they will snatch up Sewell with probably the 3rd pick....if Dallas loses, they may jump in front of Cincy....The guy is the next Orlando Pace, Anthony Munoz, Jackie Slater, whoever you want to put down as dominant LT in the Biz....or so i heard. TBH i haven't seen him play but that is his rep.

The game Thursday was not about Zeke, or Dalton or Cooper or Lamb or Jaylon or LVE or anybody who doesn't start every play in a 3 point stance. It was about the lines on both sides of the ball. The defense was doing okay for most of the game. Not shutting them down but not getting run over either. But once both tackles were gone and the offense went into the tank it was just a matter of time before the WFT offensive line was going to wear the d-line down and once that happened it was church.

Because the offensive line is not going to get healthy any time in the next three weeks I'm going to go ahead and call all three of them losses. If we can't block we can't run or pass and Dalton can't carry us with his arm and the defense might be able to keep us afloat for a half .. maybe three quarters but our demise is inevitable with the current state of the team. Eventually with the offense doing nothing the defense will tire out and get rolled. It's a sad reality but reality it is. The Vikings game gave us hope.. The Thanksgiving day game gave us reality. This line .. now down to its 14th or 15th different combination isn't good enough to hold up against any decent defensive front.

This is our season folks.. Time to start watching the Draft Show.
Tom Landry's 1st pick. in Cowboys History was DL, Mr. Cowboy, Bob Lilly, add OL John Niland, and Too Tall Jones no. 1 overall. Jimmy Johnson draft Stepnoski, Erik Williams, traded for Gesek, took Maryland, DT, with the no.1 overall pick, and traded for Charles Haley. Bill Parcells drafted Spears, Ware, Canty, and Ratliff in the same draft, then added in the Cowboys last DL Pro Bowler Jason Hatcher. You run to pass on offense and run stop to pass rush on defense. Football 101.

The problem is obvious...Jerry Dumbo GM Jones.

Stop making excuses for your hero Zeke. Zeke was absolutely horrible, which is all too common these days. Leading the NFL in fumbles.

Your hero is fading into mediocrity. He will be gone as soon as its financially feasible.
