Guy has been one our best draft picks...especially since they made the right call and took him instead of Johnny Football.

With that said.
It is time for him to retire.
I think there was talk about him thinking bout it.
Guy has been a warrior but I think he is just breaking down as he is not the Zack we have seen over the years.
end of the season talk
not now

Tubby got his bag. Did you expect inspired football play to go along with that? Just another tired and soft "star" player.

I can say he should retire, but I definitely think he is not the same player. The question is who takes his place? Is Bass really better than Martin at this point? Or Josh Ball?

True Zack not the same as past years ..but is he a weak link of the OL now ?

He's surely not dominant anymore, ..but is he still at least solid, ?
Yes, but is he $19 million a year solid ? You can probably get similar production from TJ Bass for pennies on the dollar. Problem is, even if Martin retired today, the Jones don't know how to use the savings to improve other areas of the team

Unbelievable. For the last several years I've been telling ya'll he was trending down only be told I was crazy.

So, he went from All Pro to should retire since the end of last season. Almost like he really wasn't All Pro last year wouldn't you say?

He was a huge liability today......Sadly...I role with Bass going forward.

I think they drafted Beebe with Martin's last season in mind. Sad to see him go, but this is his last year as Boy and CB will slide over to his natural position.

Another all pro player whose career they wasted
Of the 10 offensive lineman who made the all-decade team only 3 of them hadn't ever played in a Superbowl. 2 of those 3 where cowboys...... (Martin and Tyron)

And if Frederick hadn't had to retire early, it would've been 3

How about we address this in next years draft? They wont get above .500 this year anyway......plug in anyone or sign someone off the street....cant be any worse...

It would have been good to just have tank and draft a top defensive player in one draft and then try and go on the Manning train for the next, before making a huge run.

And, Jerry just extended him last year.
We need a professional GM in the worse way.

We could have purged and reset this offseason

We chose to pay an average qb the biggest deal in history.

This franchise is done for 6/7 years
