You cant teach what Amendola lacks, you can teach what Lowber lacks

That is prolly what teams thought when they cut Welker....
Lowber still has to show he can play football. His "potential" is about that of any track guy. And the record of those players in the NFL is pure crap.
Drew Henson had more potential than Tony Romo... but one of those 2 guys could and had played football while the other hadn't.
First things first, give me a football player

A lot of teams passed on T.O. bc he was a raw athletic freak but played nobody in college and needed work. Each case is different.
If we go w/ Lowber it doesnt mean we kicked Rudy in the nuts.

That sounds like intent to me; where are the legal eagles when we need them?superpunk;2198845 said:I'm going to kill you. I'm almost sure of it.
Angus;2199041 said:I don't think so, but the case for Amendola could depend on Adam Jones suspension. If he is not released from it until after one of more regular season games, Dallas must have people who can return punts when Jones is not available. Amendola can do that.

nyc;2199282 said:I believe active roster only. The only reason he was able to stay on the active roster is because the Cowboys cut Q-Car for drug use. If he hadn't gotten busted, then Romo would have dropped to the Practice Squad and subsequently picked up by the Broncos or some other team.
