Luepke-Schoonmaker roles

Schoon is quick, fast and agile and will be fixed at TE. Luepke will get every chance to stay on the roster as a FB and can block. Do not sleep on Fant who played FB on goal line short yardage situations, can block, run, and is fast, quick and agile.

I can see both Luepke and Fant making this roster.

It wouldn't surprise me if Fant made the roster instead of Luepke. Every year, there are UDFA who don't get as much love who seem to stand out.

Fant is 15 pounds heavier and ran a 4.66 40 yd time at a workout with the Chargers. He ran a 4.64 at 215 out of high school. Now at 245-250 that is a load on short yardage and blocking.
