I believe Brees is going to be out. The Saints don't seem very hopeful for him to be back anytime soon. It's looking more and more like it might be a handful of games he misses as well.

I think this is a winnable game for the Cowboys. The defense simply must show up and play much better than they did yesterday.

Brees said he's optimistic in playing this week like he was optimistic last week. If the injury wasn't significant why miss any games? For that matter why just miss one against a div opponent to come back the week after? He said he was also day to day.
