LVE full practice

We drafted LVE now so he doesn't have to play a ton of snaps right away. Ease him in the rotation when his mind and body are ready.

Considering Lee, Smith & Vander Esch are all supposed to excel in pass coverage it would not surprise me at all to see us have them all in on third downs at times.
Pretty sure that's what Carolina does with their three stud LBs.

Exactly, I think he was drafted with the idea that he would eventually replace Sean Lee if he ends up retiring in the next few years.

Jaylon is back with a vengeance and it appears that LVE was a wasted 1st round pick. Taco and LVE were questionable choices at best considering our lack of offense this year.

Usually the quiet ones that make a big splash... Glad to see him practice finally.

He does not need to start. Into him slow. Gonna take him a while to get up to speed.

LOL!

It appears LVE "was a wasted 1st rd pick"? After zero games played, and limited action this preseason?

You scouted him ril gut, didn't cha?

You cant make this **** up.

LVE just needs time and experience, I think he has all the tools to become a dynamic pro, time will tell but it is way too early to beat on the guy.

Learning from Jaylon and Lee he should be fine and they can ease him into action accordingly.

I want LVE roaming in coverage because that kid can pick the ball off.

Does the name Taco come to mind?

Yea.......but Taco was this quiet IMO. I'm not bashing the kid but as a rule, Cowboys fans generally spend lots of threads pimping our 1st round picks. This kid has gone through the entire off-season hardly mention......
