Twitter: LVE Is Not Happy About The Way Ya'll Seem Excited To Be Rid Of Jaylon

Comes with the territory.

If you can’t handle it, find a new profession.

It won’t pay nearly as well, but at least nobody will be intrusive and rude about your job performance on social media!

problem was Jaylon was too nice. We had too many underachieving choir boys. We need a few thugs. I think we are headed in the right direction. FB isn't for the meek at heart. LVE better find his mean streak fast and his awareness.

..sounds like some you guys are getting ***-kicked by LVE. ;)...

You could try working at the phone company? Criticism is part of the job and the public pays the bills, so put your big boy pants on.

What a whine fest and we thought he had dog hunting traits.

There’s no crying in football. His big boy panties are in a bunch!

The players are human beings. They have feelings, just like all of us. They become close to other players, and in instances like this, are saddened by the departure of a friend.

I get it.

But another component for being a highly paid player living your childhood dreams is the adoration of the fans. Maybe a small p[art, but it factors in.

LVE just got a wake up call that the fan base is much more savage than the owners and management of this team. If there was a system where the fans voted people off the Cowboy island each week, this move would have happened before Smith got his pay raise.

Thank the stars there is not a system for that to be in place. Think of the players who have garnered the ire of fans and would have been cut before this team showed up this year looking like a contender.

They may have been playing 8 man football.

There is a bit of a point in his comments, and fans probably should be more aware that losing a job is hard for NFL players just like anyone else.

Nevertheless, LVE ultimately needs to realize the reason people talk about their jobs (the jobs of football players) is because performing for those people, and convincing those people to like them and the team they play for, is literally what their job is, and what they are paid to do. It's true fans aren't always reasonable, but if fans stop talking LVE and every other NFL player will no longer have their job.

Agreed. This whole choir boy "you shouldnt be trying to make all the plays" and "if the owner isn't tripping then we good' crap is embarrassing. I like this new get mean or get cut mentality, about damn time

Since LVE got hurt people are saying he isn’t playing as well. I am sure he has seen these angry tweets. Gotta have thick skin. People been talking about D-Law since his contract. He post pictures of his new lambo. Lol.

Yes I totally get it. Just as much as the posters on this site frustrates me…LOL

True, As for LVE I expect nothing less or more from him than any other player. I expect him to go out and do his job. At the end of the year based on how he performs and what FA market is willing to pay will determine his future here. I hope the best for him just as I did Jaylon, if it does not happen then so be it but I don't make it personal.

Ugh, okay.

99% when an average Jane or Joe gets fired, they don’t receive a severance package of guaranteed money.

Let’s not act like Jaylon getting cut is the equivalent to some single parent working at the Piggly Wiggly for $8/hour + tips.
Piggly Wiggly pays tips?

Hey, LVE. Anybody's job that gets broadcast on TV or is constantly reported own by the news, gets scrutinized. Hello... the lime light comes with scrutiny. So if you're not liking it then just step away. Some of us will not miss you at all. I promise.

Thanks for listening. Now strap up and go get them.
