I remember Madden being one of the first to notice, and mention, what was going on at the Ranch in 90-91.He does have to many senior moments calling the games but give him some time and he does know what he is talking about.On the other hand, I don't want this defense hearing how good they are before they even play a reg season game. Overconfidence is a killer.

Madden knows all about that. To this day, he still blames that for a playoff loss when he coached Oakland. I remember him commenting on Dallas those years. He said the thing he was most impressed with was the fact that the ball never hit the ground once during practice. We even had Alvin back then.
