My sleep study went well. I don't think I moved all night connected to the CPAP machine. I know I only woke up twice and fell back asleep rather quickly. It is definitely strange to have a mask on, but I feel refreshed.

I am not kidding when I say this. Once I upgraded my bed, all my sleeping problems went away. My back feels 15 yrs younger and my shoulders feel like I could throw 1000 footballs.

I can only suggest

I told my friend who was having the same issues w/ regard to sleeping as you do. He went out and got one and is shocked how great he is feeling now. He sleeps all through the night w/o waking up and the pressure point issues he was having are gone.

The memory foam beds are outstanding.

P.S. Also get the pillows.

Im 38 but feel 25 now. :D

You can thank me later.

I have the same sleep problems as well...But when I do fall asleep I go right into Sleep Paralysis. Worst feeling ever. I get it every friggin night.

No joke man, I don't get it every night, but when I do its a bad night.

Nothin' like fighting for control of your body at night!

I have always slept less than most people; the thing is when I sleep I sleep hard. I slept threw a tree coming down on my house in the middle of a hurricane. I just do not sleep a lot of hours.

5-6 hours is good and I been that way for a long time. I occasionally have bouts of insomnia. The food thing never helped i fasted not because I wanted too but because I was a broke college student did not help me a darn bit
