YOu don't like Magic Mike ? :omg:

You mean Mike Kardashian? He's rode that one sb victory for far too long, imo he's the most overrated coaches in NFL history. He had the best defense in NFL history and manage to win only 1 super bowl, and anyone who knows anything knows that Buddy Ryan's 46 defense was the reason for the one. After Ryan left they went down hill. He goes to the Saints and trade the whole draft for Ricky Williams and set that franchise back for years.

So why was he even on ESPN? Because he's a cartoon character not an NFL expert. On ESPN it's clear that he never even bothered to prepare for his role on the pregame show, he didn't deserve to be there.

Throw Sling TV on there. They have ESPN. Looks like they also have a beta package which includes regional a regional Fox channel. $20/month.....

I wonder how they verify your "region". Seems like you could either set your billing address to Dallas, TX or run a VPN through Dallas and you would get the local Fox broadcast.

This would save me cash. Why can't I choose the regional channels I want anyway?

I'll be happy when these seem like less complicated options or the competition makes Dtv and the cable companies lower their prices. Significantly.

I feel like there's more behind this grand exodus than we know. With Tirico, Skip Bayless, and et al all leaving in some form I can only theorize that either A) there's been a major organizational change at ESPN which the guys who left of their own Accord didn't agree with and the guys who got fired didn't fit in with or B) there's been some serious pay cuts due to Fox sports gaining in viewership. Also the Longhorn Network is a massive failure which cost ESPN $300 million over ten years (I think it's 10) so they have to make up ground somewhere.

Again, these are just my theories as to what is going on at ESPN.

These aren't theories. ESPN is now owned by Disney. They are bleeding cash, and ESPN subscribers. (hence why they are dumping expensive on-air talent) Also, there was a recent poll of Cable Subscribers that said if they could remove ESPN from their cable subscription and it would save them $6.61/month (what ESPN charges cable providers per subscriber) would they do it. Half of the cable subscribers said they would. (HALF!!!!) With the big push for a la carte cable. ESPN is in serious jeopardy if a la carte cable subscriptions come to pass.

Aikman isn't going anywhere unless he wants too, moose probably either. Irvin's not that great on NFL nw, so who knows. Jimmy doesn't really provide that much insight for what I expect from him. That fox team could use a shakeup..they treat it like its a comedy hour. Bradshaws act has gotten old, and usually butchers the highlights

Aikman would be the safest agreed.

As for the rest..yes.

Howie Long is the only one of that group who is making any sense..Brown the MC needs a new toupe'...or just drop it altogether.

And with Mort being gone from ESPN..that show has changed, too.

Going to miss his reporting, Sheffter doesn't do it for me, he comes off as a rumor monger to me.

Scheezzzz...

Get rid of them all--no pre or post game mediots--just have a play by play and one color guy per game

I miss the old NFL today from back in the day with Brent musberger. Just gave the facts, weather, injuries, etc. not long skits with not funny comedians.

Honestly, I don't even watch Pre-Game stuff anymore. Haven't for a few years now. I get the info I need, on my team and on the opponents from this board.

ESPN needs to refine MNF. I'm not a fan of their announcers, production and everything else about it. It's disrespectful to even put it in the same primetime category as SNF.

ESPN’s NFL coverage will look dramatically different next year. Our site already reported that Mike Ditka is out from his Countdown gig (though will remain with the network in an emeritus role), and that Matt Hasselbeck and Charles Woodson are on their way in.

Trent Dilfer has also been widely reported to be leaving Bristol. In addition to this, The Big Lead has learned that Cris Carter and Ray Lewis are also expected to be on their way out, and that Randy Moss is expected to be on his way in. Moss spent last season at Fox Sports, appearing on the pre pre show that pitted him in debates with Colin Cowherd.

Can I get Ray Lewis on our D Staff?
