When your middle of the pack in red-zone and continuing to fall, it definitely is the OC... It's a trend, not a couple of plays here and there...

I hate Garrett as much as the next guy but he's not the one out there constantly getting penalties in the redzone nor is he the guys who can't block and run it inn from 1 yard out

He is to blame.. He isn't doing what this team does best and he's all over the place, not establishing any identity, which leads to constant mistakes over and over again. They went 99 yards doing power-lbocking formations and running up the gut.We score in the red-zone because Romo buys time with his feet, maskign how bad our red-zone offense really is. Against Atlanta, we scored because Romo was avoiding rushes like a magic man. When we scored against the Commanders, again Romo avoided the rush and Crayton had enough time to break off his route and find a little opening. This trend happens over and over and over again...

there's no doubt Romo can make some pretty sick plays happen but you can't base your offense on him making those plays, it would look worse then it already does if we did. Back to back fades on the goal line was bad play calling stopped 3 times in a row when you need 1 yard is bad execution all around

This defense caved again in the 2nd half. Did anyone at all have any doubt whatsoever when we tied it up 10-10 that SD would march down the field and score again? Or that they would hold the ball the majority of the 4th Q and score again?

We've seen this movie 200 times in the past three years. The biggest surprise was that they scored so completely effortlessly after Ware went down.

Sorry, no passes for the defense. Don't really care what SD did or didn't do against everyone else, every game is different. Once again they did just enough to lose.

The defense is soft. They can play bend but don't break against lesser teams and get away with it because lesser teams make to many mistakes.Mistakes negate scoring oppurtunities.

When playing better teams the bend but don't break approach is not as effective.Better teams make fewer mistakes, fewer mistakes equate to more points scored.

The game yesterday would have been a disaster if not for the offense.Yes,the offense struggled much of the day and didn't put points on the board.Point is,if the offense had not managed to put a few of those long drives together this defense would have been shredded. Those longer drives shortened the game, which reduce scoring oppurtunities.

3rd and long is another problem that plagues this team.I'd rather see a 3rd and short than 3rd and 20.Whatever the cause is I don't know, but it must be a major fault because Mr. Fix It has yet to solve the problem.

I understand the offense sometimes have to help the defense out by running the ball but the offense's main goal is to score points. If JG's main strategy is trying to keep the ball away from the opponents offense at the expense of scoring points, then he is bigger idiot than I thought.

Point I was getting at is that the defense would have given up more than 20 points if San Diego had a few more possessions. The offense didn't score points when they needed them, but they did manage to eat enough clock to shorten the game.

WAY too many people in Dallas are hiding behind the biggest bullseye in Dallas....Wade Phillips

As I have said for some time now...there are THREE head coaches in Dallas....which means there are none.

Wade, JG and Jerry.

Had to fix that for you.

As I have said for some time now...there are TWO head coaches in Dallas....which means there are none. But anyway it is Wade AND Garrett. I do not care what stats and rankings say....Wade is getting it done MORESO than Garrett. Garrett has proven that he has trouble scoring against good defenses. And you can argue, so does everyone. But that is not true....while I do not expect 30 against a good defense.....is 21 too much to ask for? How many points did we have against Denver, the Packers, the Giants the 2nd time....the Commanders, the Eagles. Heck even the Raiders game we SHOULD have scored more. So that suggests to me we are merely a good team that is just losing to teams that are better than us...and when I say better...not just the players, but the coaching as well.

Now as far as the players are concerned, Bradie saying the Chargers knew what we were running....well does that account for the fact that Phillip Rivers NEVER felt uncomfortable. Does that account for the fact that on 3rd and 10+ we could not get off the field. They toyed with us. When they HAD to step on the gas they did with ease. The core of James, Newman, Flozell, Witten, Gurode, Ratliff, Ware, Barber, Romo have not won anything...so this thing needs to be shook up this offseason.

They said that about all the teams this year...and last...
