I'm thinking this young man will be a very valuable piece going forward...Scary to know he is only going to get better.

If Tapper was out there contributing ...this would easily be one of the best drafts ever.

I think he's going to be a good one. We might have gotten lucky that Nebraska started two gapping him his last year in school. His sophmore year he had 4.5 sacks and 13 tackles for a loss when he was 1 gapping more. He was also playing beside Randy I think, but he's much better in this role.

Also shoutout to Lawrence. 9 pressures last night. Guy's been "limited" in every single practice this year but 9 pressures is incredible.

I think there is a 0% chance TMcClain plays as well next year as he does this year, so I'd really like to see TCrawford moved back inside and MCollins playing the one tech

D-Law has developed a spin move similar to Freeney that is suiting him just righteous ..He indeed is doing well.

It already is for getting a quality QB like prescott, add Zeke to that and the rest can bust and it's still amazing

He looks good.

It looks like we hit on the pick at the very least... Now we just gotta hope he cranks it up a few levels over the next 2 or 3 years.

Interesting point about Crawford.

I have no idea what they're going to do with him.

I would they they'll turn over every stone they can to get a DE who can rush the passer using speed and not power.

No financial advantage to releasing Crawford... Going back inside could be the result.

Agreed ..Getting Dak and Zeke made it instantly one of the best drafts...Throw in Brown and Collins ...really nice.

Such a shame we did not get to see Tapper this year.
If Jaylon Smith can play for us next year and we have a very solid draft of Dl help in the draft next year...the future is very bright.

Really? TMcClain has played well when healthy.
We tend to forget about him because he's been on the injury list more times than not.
But when he's been out there, he's contributed.

I think if we had some good DE's Collins/McClain/Crawford would feast inside.
Damn you Randy Gregory.

I like him better playing dt .

Only thing I could see is Crawford being a backup. I don't want to bench either McClain or Collins for him at all, and he brings nothing from the outside.

Sure he is part of us being able to stop the run, but we need more from that position than that. DLaw is starting to come on, and next year he is SDE.

Considering that's why they gave him a contract, to play DT, I'm guessing that's where he'll go.

Boom.

Yea, but those healthy moments have been too few and far between. He had a great game against the Giants in 2014, but was more or less hurt prior to that game and after. Last year he missed almost the entire season and now in a contract year he's playing this well? I know how that story ends
