what adjustment? smart one. Quinn is who he is, they had no replacement for him. everybody screams adjustments, you have to have players that can help you adjust.
Okays that cool, I still disagree , but I follow what you're saying about the players. So that's cool!
Marinelli is a con artist. Its amazing he keeps scamming his way into a new gig.
SHould've ended after 1 page lol. This thread is still going?

TJ Watt was the obvious pick over Taco Charlton’s lazy scUM ***.false, they were picks of the organization, Hill"s been here 1 year. Taco had attitude issues, was ranked as late 1st rounder by most scouts. the issue lays with the Cowboys defensive philosophy that started long before Marinelli, they never allocated resources to the defense for the most part, it was the offense they put they're eggs in, also, Stephen with his tight negotiations never perused big FA that can help on defense.
he basically runs the same D every play.
4-2-5 off man cover 1/3
the way I look at it, we both coach and we both know when we go back and review the film after a lost, you will find a player that either fill the blows an assignment or just gets blown up on 90 percent of the plays that don't work. Now, we fall on the sword and take the blame which is coaching etiquette but we what goes wrong.
Seems to me like Marinelli owes us an apology!
I'm counting this as a win because you're no longer saying, "Tampa 2," in your critique.
Warping back to the 90sI figured out his con a few years back.
He's hates premiere talent because premiere talent means he's expected to perform at a certain standard.
So he likes to coach up the Nick Hayden and George Selvie's fo the world because it makes him look far better at his job than he was.
If my memory serves me correct it wasn't long but at one point he had Spencer, Ratliff, Ware and Hatcher.
He was not a good DC and I'm questioning if he even was a good defensive line coach. Maybe 20 years ago.........
Precisely. There is a reason he would get pumped drafting underachievers. Keep the expectations low and when they give more effort, he comes off as some master of motivation.I figured out his con a few years back.

Things like this convince me an analytic can be derived to support any agenda.Just heard on 105 3 the fan RJ choppy quote a stat that said the Cowboys pass rush win rate what's 53% which ranked number one in the league. For those who adore Analytics and stats, by this Marinelli may be owed an apology.

Yep! And I'll admit he duped me to for awhile. But then I sat back and looked at all of these 3rd, 4th and 5th round guys who just come and go here. And in the case of Hill and Charlston? 1st and 2nd round picks....He's vying for guys and they weren't developing.Precisely. There is a reason he would get pumped drafting underachievers.
