When did BP say that? I never read or heard of him saying that anywhere. Can you provide a quote to support that statement? If not I'll just assume it's untrue.

He heard someone whisper that on some insipid pre-game show. You know, "a source".

And pair that with Jones' comments--you have a nice neat little Jones/Parcells clash story all wrapped up with a neat little bow.

You can speculate about Coach Parcells not wanting him, but to claim he said, on record, that he didn't, is fantasy.

I think Owens Forced the issue and he put Mcnabb under the spotlight which in my opinion he did not handle well (Mcnabb) I feel he could have contained a lot off this by going to TO and discuss it man to man but by trying to be "above it"
he might have lost a lot of the team IMO.

Why should Owens be forcing anything with a teammate or putting a teammate under the spotlight? He did this in SF as well which is why so many are fearful of this guy. I don't know anyone who disputes his talent it is the other BS that causes problems on a team that people do not want to contend with.
