First of all wasn't splitting hairs about word usage, just made a simple observation regarding mb doing something positive. An idiot would not take the time to do something good for a charitable cause.

Secondly I hate when people assume what point a person is trying to make.

I knew certain people would not let a positive thread about Marty B go without spamming it with negative comments.

okay screw this kid.

he can help people with kidney issues but no one else?

maybe if he wasn't twitting all day long he wouldn't have to be so picky about who he helps. What a scumbag this kid is.

It's seriously like he said he wants you to die of liver disease, I Can't believe the nerve of this jerk!!!

I just can't believe he doesn't think people with multiple sclerosis are worth helping.

This kid is garbage, total garbage!

Good for Bennett.

Though it doesn't change my opinion of him.

Bennett has always march to the beat of a different drummer and is a bit immature he is also a good kid with very good ability. No doubt he needs to mature as a person and a football player I think he is the type of guy coaches will have to ride and push to get him to live up to his ability if he can handle that I think he will show the skill levels that brought him to Dallas in the 2nd rd.

Bennett would not be the 1st Nate Newton was a bit immature when he came do Dallas and was constantly in hot water with Landry and then Jimmy Johnson about being out of shape and not take it seriously.

His brother probably made him do it, but, hats off to Marty.

Still want him off the Cowboys.

With his Truly Blessed Foundation, Martellus Bennett will support World Kidney Day on Thursday by supporting initiatives that raise awareness regarding diabetes and the role it plays in chronic kidney disease.

Bennett lost a loved one in 2009 to diabetes and a grandmother was recently diagnosed with the disease.

Bennett, along with his brother, Michael, who plays for Tampa Bay, and his father Michael Sr., is urging the public to take advantage of the free kidney health screenings that will take place at Dallas City Hall on Thursday.

"I am honored to stand with my sons in support of an initiative that potentially could mobilize hundreds, thousands or hundreds of thousands of people to become proactive - get the facts - and take charge of their kidney health and overall well-being. Many people afflicted with diabetes and/or kidney disease may have lacked the resources or the awareness to prevent the progression of their illnesses," Michael Bennett, Sr., President of Truly Blessed Foundation, said in a press release. "It is my solemn hope that through this effort that provides free health screenings to any member of the community willing to partake, that number will diminish tremendously. I'm hopeful."
