But I thought he was the next great Giants TE now that he finally got out of Dallas. I thought he proved that we just didn't know how to use him.

Plus, I know he had some nice games early but he was in and out of hot water with Eli all year. Other than 2-4 games he was not so great in NY.

Same reason we didn't. I remember Collinsworth on SNF talking about the respone they got from the Giants coaches when they asked about MB. They had nothing to say, and basically said "next".

How is he a good player? He's bombed out in two spots with two of the better QBs in the league throwing to him. It's not like he got cut from the Jaguars.
