I noticed he didn't have the helmet either. Might be a clue as to what the actual problem was.
I know man, but some people just have to find the grassy knoll aspect. It can't be as simple as image. It just can't be.DallasEast;2608840 said:bingo.
This is definitely the type of information I would like to be released to the media, openly and/or covertly.Maikeru-sama;2608617 said:Agreed.
No doubt the Organization feels pressured to curb negative behavior, whether real or perceived.
This is definatley something the Organization wanted the Media to know.

Does anyone think he deserved that?
Yep. We all have our differing viewpoints on the content (lyrics, etc.) on the video itself, but this, like many things in corporate society, boils down to simply a dollars and cents issue. You can hate it. You can love it. Doesn't really matter in the end. Someone's gonna pay.Hostile;2608829 said:I do. It had everything to do with the helmet, nothing to do with the genre.

I called him and his friend dumb***** in another thread the other day. He apologized, so now he's back to being just immature.DallasEast;2608860 said:
You're much more polite than me with the "Immature" label.

My opinion exactly with a little mixed in for grins and giggles.Maikeru-sama;2608930 said:

Contrary to popular belief, just like me, you are stating "opinions" and not facts.
Not once did I state that Adam Jones should have been suspended. What I stated is that "if" the league hadn't stepped in, Adam Jones wouldn't have received a punishment, Jerry Jones himself stated that.
And yet MB gets a $20,000 fine?
I'm thinking his discipline may come from the NFL, over the Cowboys, and will be some games missed as well as money lost. The only way I think he escapes that is if charges are dropped.bbgun;2608970 said:What does this portend for Mr. Anthony Spencer? Hold on to your wallet, Tony.
Eh, I don't think Spencer's gonna get suspended for what he did. Recent trends suggest Spencer will be fined only. Just a matter of how much.Hostile;2608978 said:I'm thinking his discipline may come from the NFL, over the Cowboys, and will be some games missed as well as money lost. The Giants are playing this one the right way. Under the CBA, the league and not the teams have the right to impose discipline for violations of the substance-abuse policy, which includes alcohol and drug offenses. (That said, there’s language in Paragraph 11 of the Standard Player Contract that permits a player to be cut if he ”has engaged in personal conduct reasonably judged by Club to adversely affect or reflect on Club.” Lesser forms of discipline, however, apparently aren’t allowed.) After the legal process is resolved (and if McKenzie is convicted of or pleads guilty to the charges), he’ll be subject to a fine or a suspension from the league office.

I think the scuffle with two off duty cops is a factor in a possible suspension. Maybe only a game, but I won't be shocked at 2 games.iRoot4Losers;2608984 said:you really think he gets suspended for a 1st time offense
unless you're hearing that this isn't Spencer's 1st run-in with the league's personal conduct policy?
c'mon Hos, we needz details
See my edit. Looks like this might fall under the substance abuse policy. Different rules. Stil don't think he gets suspended.Hostile;2608991 said:I think the scuffle with two off duty cops is a factor in a possible suspension. Maybe only a game, but I won't be shocked at 2 games.
