That might be a borderline IR situation. Do you keep your punter on the 53-man roster so you'll have him for the final 3-5 games and the playoffs (if we make it)? Or do you put him on IR, save a roster spot and hope whomever we sign to replace him does an adequate job?

And 6-8 weeks for a bruise sounds like an awful lot.
