Look MM is saying the right things am=nd that his job, they know the reality's of the situation..

they were dealt bad hand this year and just want ot make the best of it and finding small morsels of positivity is better then gloomy angry attitudes..

you have to admit the stat to the season with all the turnovers, bad defense, Historic injurys etc were shocking its like getting a surprise ambush in war and each game more major injuries' but after that Dak injurys, the team looked like they all had PTSD, lost, hanging thier head for few gems and we lost more OL etc etc

so the last two games while still being losses the team started to come out of their funk a bit , accepting reality and just start playing football to bet of their ability, which isnt much 50% of our team are backups..

nothing wrong with trying to find the positives in a horrible year for everyone fans, sports, and all of us in our personals lives, been one chat show for sure..

After reading this comment a couple of times, it just dawned on me....what the flip...."pep in their step"....??? They are to be commended for this? What kind of low bar compliment is that? Are they not being paid handsomely enough to have "pep in their step" every week? What a S Storm organization from top to bottom!!!

Damn, cut the guy some slack, he's trying to accentuate the positive coming off the bye after a tough loss that they feel they could have won.

McC and his staff, and evidently most of his players, haven't given up, aren't ready to move onto the the draft and 2021.

This season has been mostly a disaster with the addition of a rat in the root cellar the coaching staff had to deal with after the D leader asked them to dumb down the D.

McC and his staff don't know it's over, they still think they have a chance to turn this season. And that begins with the players believing that as well. Hence the "pep in their step" comment meaning their heads are in the right place to go to MIN and try and get back in the fight to be the yeast to rising in the least East with no beast.
