Wonder Boy KM probably the best we can hope for. Young, proven track record fielding top ranked offenses with Dak, who you really don’t want trying to learn a new system, history with the team, former player, etc…

Checks all the boxes.
I rather keep MM lol KM sucks. It's Jason Garrett all over again. Jason Garrett had top offenses in Dallas.

$$$

McCarthy makes $4M/year. He's making 4x less than other Super Bowl winning coaches. He wants a big raise after a couple of 12-win seasons regardless how this last season panned out. Considering Jerry's hesitancy to pay coaches, I'm like 100% positive this is the issue.
Yeah I bet its money too.

Well, Mike's two assistants are in the division round. One has taken a franchise that was in the dumps to their first playoff win since 2005. I'd say that should show it, but the NFC North, who we play next year, will be even harder to compete against if Mike goes there.
oh that would be TV GOLD if Mike Goes to Chicago and with Williams lIghts up the Cowboys.

With Cowboys HC Mike McCarthy eligible to talk to other teams after midnight Tuesday, there still haven’t been any negotiations on a new deal with Dallas, per sources. It’s now looking like McCarthy will indeed become a coaching free agent, with Chicago and New Orleans both expected to be interested in speaking with him.

Rinse repeat. NFL teams continue to hire retreads/has beens.
