According to Adam they haven't had any negotiations So Im confused with the rumors why would he deny any interviews and Not be working on a contract?
So has Jerry made an offer to MM and he was low balled on the years?

I don't mind McCarthy as the headcoach, but I want a young innovative offensive coordinator and a new offensive line coach...

This I wouldn't mind either but i would love to have a coach that can motivate a team/players. And I would loave a young innovative offensive coordinator (sorry that is not Kellen Moore, with all that talent on the offensive side for the Eagles they kind of struggle on offense too much). Especially their passing offense. If it wasn't for such a great offensive line and a beast of a RB the Eagles fans might be calling for Kellen Moore to be fired. The eagles passing offense is ranked 30 in the NFL which is worst than the Cowboys with a backup QB. Rushing the Eagles are ranked 2nd and Total offense they are ranked 8th. The Eagles better hope and pray Saquon last the whole playoffs. If he goes their offense tanks.

McCarthy makes $4M/year. He's making 4x less than other Super Bowl winning coaches. He wants a big raise after a couple of 12-win seasons regardless how this last season panned out. Considering Jerry's hesitancy to pay coaches, I'm like 100% positive this is the issue.
