He was doing all he could to avoid passing the ball with Dak down there.
When he finally had no choice Dak threw the game ending INT.
actually, up until that very last drive, we had 7 runs and 10 passes in the redzone.
the very last drive, MM went 5 straight runs. not sure why. perhaps that's what you are pointing to.
the WRs had a very tough time getting any separation. if you noticed, AZ was dropping 7 into coverage and still able to hamper the running game inside the redzone. essentially that was their defensive game plan. lets us run as much as we wanted, not give up the big pass plays (limit our big play) and they were confident with 3 back up OL that we would make mistakes in the run and pass protection inside the redzone.
inside the redzone, the play design and execution was bad. the routes were bad. the WRs were bad. Dak was bad. not one single good thing happened when we got inside the redzone (well just one). I get that you want to just drive your agenda and hammer Dak, but the whole thing was plain ugly.
