Did Romo ever advocate violence against referees?Badmouthing Romo for his off-the-field antics which affected his on-the-field performance was different than Dak who fully dedicates himself to the game of football 24/7. You know this, so stop acting.
My military years 1973. That’s when I became a cowboy fan Roger Staubach how could I not love the star and what it represented. I’m 30 minutes away from Gillette Stadium, but I’m not a Brady fan. Exactly — you can dislike Romo all you want, but don’t pretend it’s suddenly a moral crime to point out the same flaws in Dak. Loving one QB while hating another is fine — but hypocrisy makes it obvious who’s worshipping instead of thinking clearlyThe problem with you saying this, as has been pointed out many times before, is that you thought it was OK to 'spew filth and misery towards this team's franchise QB' when that franchise QB was Romo. But now that the franchise QB is Dak it isn't ok.
So it's ok to bad mouth one QB but not the other. Good to know. Hypocrisy at it's finest.....
Maybe you should be the one looking at yourself and the things you say.
Thank you for your service. My military years 1973. That’s when I became a cowboy fan Roger Staubach how could I not love the star and what it represented. I’m 30 minutes away from Gillette Stadium, but I’m not a Brady fan. Steve Grogan, and I’m loving Drake
I’m a huge Romo fan, the man was a warrior. I expected better from the team in Prescott earlier years. We couldn’t run and we couldn’t stop the run.Exactly — you can dislike Romo all you want, but don’t pretend it’s suddenly a moral crime to point out the same flaws in Dak. I'm... not certain you fully thought out that personal observation...Badmouthing Romo for his off-the-field antics which affected his on-the-field performance was different than Dak who fully dedicates himself to the game of football 24/7. You know this, so stop acting.
yeah think how good he would have been if Zeke was on the team in 2016 when he took over. *wow*.........and the defense was awful too:I’m a huge Romo fan, the man was a warrior. I expected better from the team in Prescott earlier years. We couldn’t run and we couldn’t stop the run.
I was talking about Prescott’s first three seasons. What a mess we lost our starting center, our starting tight end, does Bryant was a mess, Elliott couldn’t hold onto the football. And the defense was a waste. Two great quarterbacks in my opinion with no supporting cast.yeah think how good he would have been if Zeke was on the team in 2016 when he took over. *wow*.........and the defense was awful too:
Elite Against the Run: The Cowboys defense excelled at stopping the run, ranking #1 in rushing defense (allowing only 83.5 rushing yards per game) and rushing first downs allowed. This strength in run defense forced opponents to pass more frequently, playing into the Cowboys' strategy of controlling the clock with their strong offense.
Strong Scoring Defense: Despite weaknesses in other areas, the Cowboys ranked #5 in the NFL for points allowed per game. This ability to limit scoring is a key indicator of a good defense.
Outperforming Expectations: Many analysts anticipated a subpar defensive performance from the Cowboys in 2016, especially considering suspensions to key players like defensive ends DeMarcus Lawrence and Randy Gregory early in the season. However, the defense significantly outperformed these expectations, contributing greatly to the team's 13-3 record.
I wonder why Jerry didn't get the best defense and running back for dak when he took over. *rolls eyes*...........
bows to the dak statue...........ahhmmmmmmmm
Not hypocrisy. There is a big difference. It's ok. You will survive.Did Romo ever advocate violence against referees?
Chill out, I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy of your 'hate on one QB but not the other' stance, even though the other QB you despise has similar stats to your hero. Both suck in the playoffs too.
Romo went Hollywood during his early prime years. Wasted those years. If Dak had done the same, he would get ridiculed as well.I'm... not certain you fully thought out that personal observation...
Hmm.Romo went Hollywood during his early prime years. Wasted those years. If Dak had done the same, he would get ridiculed as well.
Interesting how some act like Dak had a mess for his first three years. Let’s break it down:I was talking about Prescott’s first three seasons. What a mess we lost our starting center, our starting tight end, does Bryant was a mess, Elliott couldn’t hold onto the football. And the defense was a waste. Two great quarterbacks in my opinion with no supporting cast.
I didn't criticize Romo during his later years. He was great. Only problem was his body was constantly breaking down by then.Hmm.
Please correct me if I am wrong. Are you restricting your contrasting criticism of Romo from Prescott's based on Romo's 'early prime years' versus Prescott's 'early prime years'? I ask because I thought your over-criticism of Romo's entire career was similar to others' over-criticism of Dak's entire career to date.
You are exactly correct. The hypcrisy has been shown over and over and over.Hmm.

Originally, I was going to comment further on your initial observation, but I have decided not to. This train of thought really intrigues me. Two final questions.I didn't criticize Romo during his later years. He was great. Only problem was his body was constantly breaking down by then.
I like how the biggest hope for Dak fans is their belief that "there's no dominant team out there".We must love the torture. Make the playoffs this season, 16+ injuries, get these players back who knows what can happen. There’s not a dominant team out there.
Dak isn't any more dedicated to his game than any other QB. To say that he is invested 24/7 is a massive over-exaggeration and a lie. No QB is that invested in the game, not Dak, Mahomes, Allen, none of them.I'm... not certain you fully thought out that personal observation...
