el-----do you think Jerry passing away will be good enough or do we have to wait for "Cap Boy" to kick bucket too???
No, Cap boy will not run in same fashion. He’ll have two siblings with equal interest to hold accountable.

Funny, didn't Goff throw FIVE picks last night and Detroit still won?!? Good teams overcome adversity. Bad teams quit mid-game. The Cowboys are a BAD team.
Easy----i dont know what word to use.....frustration or disgust but our lack of being able to adjust i hold squarely on fat Mike...was watching our usual routes for receivers and it

ticks me off.....they just run and turn-around....how about loading one side and crossing to other or how about criss-crossing or how about some double moves and break-away

but on film i am seeing all receivers going short and turning around.....fat Mike must be fired....he no longer has ability to scheme his receivers open....not even mentioning our

lack of creativity in blocking for our RB's....get a good OC and even with what we have .....we could do much better i put 80% squarely on fat mike....but Jerry no longer has ability

to think like this....and i believe it comes from making most of his 10 billion dollars with crummy cowboy teams.....a great Marketer who just happens to own an NFL team?

Jerry had actually said he already willingly sold his soul for those past championships and he wishes he could make another deal with the devil to get another one, but he only had one soul to sell, regrettably.
:muttley:

Maybe this past "pack" w/ the bad one helps explain the never ending suckage that has descented upon us.

thanks Die.....i like that if Jerry splits it 3 ways ( hopefully )
Yea, he’ll likely assume Pres role and still oversee Cap and contracts but hire a GM and or VP to hold accountable .

Doesn’t guarantee results but at least we won’t be as dysfunctional.

No, he will have equal partners unlike Daddy.

That makes all the difference and why Daddy didn’t want partners.

That said he’ll still be very much involved taking over as Pres . But not in the direct line of fire.

His degradation is difficult to assess as he's always been halfway to bonkers for decades.
May be getting more pronounced now, but I think he's just grumpy with less and less safe spaces to hide in as real-time reaction/attention is paramount nowadays.

Sounds like he’s getting the excuses ready and trying to be the first to point the finger.
Everyone can see this team has a culture problem…from the owner down…..if Jerry can’t he’s even more of a narcissist than I thought.

When he said "I've never seen anything likecthis" someone should've said, "well, it's just like anything else".

Lmao... an opportunity missed to use his catch phrase against him. I wonder if anyone would've laughed.

Bad culture and lack of accountability. MM put Zeke in for what he's supposed to be doing, short yardage for this team. Zeke coughs it up at the goal line. Next possession, who gets the first carry? Zeke of course. So the guy coughs it up and then gets the ball right back, all this after he got suspended last game for conduct detrimental to the team.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY. You can fumble the ball away and it's ok, all good. You'll get the ball on the very next carry. Last year in Miami when Leupke fumbled at the goal line, I think he never got another carry the rest of the season?

Mike is part of the problem, but we know it all starts with Jerruh. So what if Jerruh tells Mike to play Zeke? Let Zeke rot on the sideline and play the better RB (Rico). What's MM afraid of? Getting yelled at by Jerruh? *** cares at this point. Have some balls!!!!

Having said that, I hope the entire management is on the secret tank to improve their draft position.

I wish it was possible for no one in this entire country to be interested in the position of Dallas Cowboys head coach. What if Jerry just couldn't find someone that actually wanted the job?

Wouldn't it be great if nine or ten candidates in a row were bluntly honest and told Jerry that the Cowboys will never be successful so long as he makes football related decisions.

Could you imagine an "intervention" by those that have worked around Jerry Jones?

They could use Stephen to lure Jerry into a conference room. There would be about ten people in the room, sitting in chairs facing two chairs. The "facilitator" would be in one chair next to the empty one meant for Jerry.

"Jerry, these are your friends, co-workers and some family members and they are all here today because they are deeply concerned about you"

They would each take turns expressing their disappointments and specific incidents that created pain and suffering for them and all Cowboys fans.

Jimmy would be there, Troy too. So would Jason Garrett, Roger Staubach and Emmitt Smith. His wife would be there, I'm sure she has a list. Tony Romo and Jason Witten might be there. You would have to include a couple former assistant coaches. A few area sports reporters and personalities.

I think Jerry Jones Jr. would be reading off a notebook....."And then you gave the job to Stephen, even though I am your namesake. That really hurt."

Emmit Smith: "You said that I was a luxury and not a necessity. I didn't come to your office to discuss the contract because I couldn't stop crying...."
