As an aside, Iverson's playing time is ridiculous. He's the only player in NBA history to average over 40 minutes in the regular season and play-offs. 11 of his first 12 seasons, it was over 40 minutes a game and in his 12th season, it was 39.4. He led the league in in minutes played in 7 seasons. Playing hard was not a legitimate criticism of his game.
Not sure exactly what the point of this was but I find it pretty ironic. The players are pretty comparable. The talent and physical gifts are god tier and undeniable. Sure those guys don't need to practice but what about the rest of the team? What about the example that it sets? What about the tone that it sets? Foundations are built one brick at a time and they can be torn down one brick at a time. This team is in desperate need of leadership. Someone needs to take it upon themselves to do that. You would love for it to be your best player. In this case our best player would prefer to do whatever he wants. That is fine but just remember to me you are the clown that got dog walked by Green Bay. I am sure that he does not care. I do not care that he does not care. It is out there in the universe.
