I don't think Micah cares to bond with his fellow teammates. He wants to be coached by Dan Quinn.
he should ask to be traded then, refuse to play good until he is traded.
He clearly does not approve of MM as HC, or Zimmer as DC, or he would have been there for ota's

Perhaps the Jones should stop playing Russian roulette with stupidity (and losing) and sign their star players to extensions?

As opposed to this blame game where they don't have to try to improve the roster.
This has got to be sarcasm.

Of course they would. Not all of them, but more than enough for a bidding war.
A lot of teams would be interested. None of them would offer valuable 1st round draft picks. 1st round pick offer flexibility and are economically desirable. Even the fifth year option on Micah will be expensive. It’s time for the Cowboys to discuss contract with Micah’s representation, and they should be amenable to listening to what the Cowboys have in mind.

Is what Micah is doing any different than what Baltimore QB Lamar Jackson is doing? He's missed all but one OTA.

"It's this time of year; it's a voluntary time," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "It's really not something that we comment on. We can't, and that's just the time of year it is. So I can't speak for anybody that's not here."

He’s missing time, but he’s a generational talent and Zimmer will get the best out of him.
I think / hope Zimm figures out some better ways to use him so that teams can't figure out ways to double team him so easily.
Just don't make it so easy to game plan for him.

Micah seems to be isolating himself from the team and it is hurting us. More concerned about PR and media standing than he is about acclimating himself to the new roster. In my view, trading him may be the best avenue to move forward. Great player that lacks the desire to be a great teammate and leader. A missed opportunity no doubt.

You don't know this at all.

Khalil Mack got the Raiders two first round picks and two mid round picks in 2018. That was, from what I remember, the last time a premiere pass rusher in his prime was traded.
