Not every player needs to be a leader.

But your other points have some merit.
Agree 100%... but certain players need to be leaders. QB for example... doesnt matter the person, but the position DEMANDS you be a leader. The same things hampering Micah were present in Cam Newton and is why he was never a leader. Newton was more concerned with dressing like a clown for the press conferences after games than he was about being the vocal and visual leader of his team.

When you are one of the best players in the league on defense, and you open your mouth non stop on every topic under the sun, you need to be a leader. He has the personality, the talent, the brains.... he just have the desire to be a leader.

If I was a GM on a good team that had solid defensive leadership and was a pass rusher way from winning it all I would for sure trade at least 2 first round picks for him. He seems to me to be the perfect mercenary. Similar to D Ware. Not the kind of guy to lead your own team and make them better but a pure talent that could push a quality team over the top.

I know the offense and Dak sucked against Green Bay but the defense was out of this world pathetic. They had absolutely no excuses and decided not to show up at all. What I saw required a complete tear down. You can not keep any of that taint around. It will linger forever.

No, you know how to show attitude and add little more. As to football knowledge that remains to be revealed, make believe...legitimized monitor. Rookie.
Didn’t answer my question or is the answer in code in your reply?

Nothing to see here, amiright?

Really need to trade this guy while he's at the top of his value.
No way they should give a big contact that is not going to age well.
Wont age well as we are playing him out of position, which is going to lead to injury and ineffectiveness by the end of the season.....
