He is right..a new year coming up for the next game. 2024.
I wasn't counting when he was sacked??
There were, by my account 14 called pass plays in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.
No more wardrobe malfunctions!Hopefully what happened to CeeDee Lamb Sunday will not be repeated this weekend.
This is the way I see it. MM talking Detroit up as “the biggest challenge we have faced yet” is actually clever on his part:MM saying this because he knows we come out swinging. Could be wrong but don’t be surprised if we absolutely smoke this team. Also it maybe a close one but really see us winning it big..
well it's not like they have 2 game changers at RB and WR, right? Oh, their QB is okay as well, and I think they have some sort of great rookie TE. What do we have to worry about with our stout D?I'm not sure about the biggest challenge but the Lions' offense is a different animal. The Eagles and 49ers have 2/3 explosive players but the Lions have a ton of very, very good offensive weapons and their OC uses every one of them.
Maybe he meant toughest challenge of the season (that still is left)Lamb will probably have another big day at home. Detroit's pass D is slightly below average.
I'm having a hard time understanding how McCarthy would think facing Detroit at home is tougher than the SF and BUF games on the road.
Nor scrambles?I wasn't counting when he was sacked
The 49ers game seemed like quite a challenge.
He's building up excuses in case the team fails him again.Lamb will probably have another big day at home. Detroit's pass D is slightly below average.

Wasn’t a challenge just a beat downThe 49ers game seemed like quite a challenge.
You know, because of this last thing you mentioned I will let that comment from MM pass. Yes he better damn right win this game to set up Jimmy's ceremony in the right way.Head Coach wants the team to play for the victory in case Dallas secures the division title - and get a higher seed than Detroit.
Cowboys win Saturday night completes an undefeated run at AT&T Stadium for the 2023 season - a very rare feat ( if it has ever happened before) in the previous 14 years since the first regular season game in 2009.
McCarthy wants that - plus a third consecutive 12-5 regular season.
That- combined with a 3rd straight playoff berth - will go a long way in restoring his stature as a very good head coach in the league for his career.
And how much more will that accomplishment mean when it is done on the night the Cowboys are (finally) inducting their Second Iconic NFL Head Coach into the Ring Of Honor?
He's trying out the "Bill Belichick flatter them into a sense of overconfidence" strategy.Lamb will probably have another big day at home. Detroit's pass D is slightly below average.

Pretty much end this home streak winning before the playoffs startWe will get blown out
