Won't work for himHe's trying out the "Bill Belichick flatter them into a sense of overconfidence" strategy.

It's as if the trauma from the niners beat down erased that game from his memory.
Who in the hell believes this crap?????
Or Cardinals or Eagles or Bills or Dolphins. It's as if the trauma from the niners beat down erased that game from his memory.
Remember I said Eagles and 49ers had 2/3 explosive players but the Lions have a ton of perfect weapons. Not many fans realize they have TWO RBS and WRs close to 1000 yards and their rookie TE as you mention. In other words, they can be hard to defend if Goffs gets going.well it's not like they have 2 game changers at RB and WR, right? Oh, their QB is okay as well, and I think they have some sort of great rookie TE. What do we have to worry about with our stout D?
The only thing I will add is that the Lions D is very very susceptible to big plays, and they remind me more of the Iggles than they do the 9ers on D. If we do not stop their offense this game may get out of hand quicklyRemember I said Eagles and 49ers had 2/3 explosive players but the Lions have a ton of perfect weapons. The lions have so many weapons ,they will put up atleast 30 on our D which cant seem to get to the QB which is Goffs biggest Achilles heel.this is surely the biggest test for our Defense. We are playing at home. They will be back front running like usual.
It would be fitting since this is likely the last game we'll play at home this season.Lamb will probably have another big day at home. Detroit's pass D is slightly below average.
I'm having a hard time understanding how McCarthy would think facing Detroit at home is tougher than the SF and BUF games on the road.
Yeah i expect them to score problems. Unless we shut the run game down and jump up early. Make them have to pass and come after the qb. Hoping we get some sacks and turnovers.I think it will be similar to the Seattle game. A bunch of points scored and Dallas wins in the end by 7 or fewer...
They can cause a defense plenty of problems, especially if Goff gets that play-action working.Remember I said Eagles and 49ers had 2/3 explosive players but the Lions have a ton of perfect weapons. They have mostly lost when Goff struggles.......if he's on, our D is in for a big challenge. The only thing I will add is that the Lions D is very very susceptible to big plays, and they remind me more of the Iggles than they do the 9ers on D. They lost on the Triplets ROH induction day, and blew a 13 point 4th quarter lead to do it. I think they'll win but I thought they'd win that night, too.Well, we have sucked on offense 2 weeks in a row so , sure, getting this thing fixed before the playoffs against an 11-4 team is going to be quite a challenge. But, it’s a home game. So, we should be able to manage.
No way we lose at home on JJs ROH induction day.
