How pathetic for Mike McCarthy to make $4 million a year when he’s won a Super Bowl it’s not even in the top 15.

He should hold Jerry up for 20 million or whatever the Bears are gonna pay him.

I think its going to be MM making the decision, not JJ. MM will consider what other options are out there. He may also retire.

Starting to come to accept MM will be back. Not excited in the least - as this is a very undisciplined team, however - we've been saying that for quite some time now - no matter who the coach is.

Discipline and smart players are probably more important than the coach.
Look at the team leaders on this team and smart might not be their highest quality.

If MM is back - they need to replace the OC and give him play calling duties, from the booth.
Bringing back Zim would be fine as the defense did get better as the year progressed.
Replaced the offensive line coach/scheme and replace the ST cord.

Draft heavy defense with RB and WR somewhere in the mix.
Get some speed on offense and pray that Dak comes back lighter and more mobile than the rusted tin man he was this year.

I said numerous times, I am not against him coming back.

But they need better red zone offense, clean up the penalties and a better staff.

They need to attack free agency and have a solid draft.

We know when healthy, Mike gets you 9-11 wins with this roster. But the playoffs is where we need him to take it to the next level.

It’s not going to matter whether he comes back or it’s someone else. Nothing will ever change as long as the Joneses are in charge. Despite several coaching changes we’ve seen the same results in the playoffs.
