What does he mean trying to figure out the offense....you had all off season and preseason to get it right....you cant change almost mid season to figure out the offense...lets suffer through this season, get a high draft pick...get rid of MM and staff...

He's probably just hanging out at the office because he's too ashamed to go home.

Watching Gomer Pyle reruns and eating pizza pockets and Oreos in his office probably seems better than having ur family feel sorry for you.

He's old, and a great example of us living in the past. Probably isn't comfortable working remotely because he can't figure out how to set his computer up properly. Probably still using notebooks and Trapper Keepers to organize everything.

The young energetic bucks that are coaches in this league aren't sleeping in their office. It's just an old guy thing.
