Began his Cowboys coaching gig on a lie. Seems he still thinks his charades will preserve his paycheck opportunity. Not buying it. I guess he wasn’t putting extra hours in prior. Answer the call from the 1990s and give your offensive game plan back to them.

I never understood this with older head coaches, you're at the tail end of your career, and kinda grim but you're also at the tail end of life. I know money is not an issue, why wouldn't you spend that time with family?

There was a post earlier where Sturm was talking about Gallup needing to be open on the hot route because the blitz came from there...I mean if he waited 2 seconds and didn't lock into Gallup he would have seen CeeDee wide open.

I think Dak is legitimately scared of Fred Warner, he didn't even try to go his way and got rocked by him having an All-Pro LB type of game. Fred spied Dak, he didn't even look CeeDee's way...CeeDee is open on multiple occasions and then you wonder why his body is terrible on the sideline.

Dak doesn't even run...he thinks he is above the team and too valuable as a man to run...do you guys see the problem here?

McCarthy is 59 yrs old, I would hardly call that "the tail end of life"..............................for comparison purposes, Jerry Jones just turned 80.

McCarthy could be the head coach of the Cowboys for another 20+ years.

This is good. I would like to see him firstly, be open to criticism, and not afraid to ask for help from others. His job is to be in charge, but you have to be have sense enough to be vulnerable.

Creativity, Data, and logical scheme should lead the way. But by all mean, be open to criticism. Don't make it a dictatorship.
