The cop dispatched to the scene noted that the alleged victim "had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and was crying alongside her friend." The alleged victim said she had four drinks. The alleged victim also said she didn't remember exactly what happened, but that she met the two men at at a nightclub and then went with them to a bar at her hotel, after which she brought them to her room.

The alleged victim told police, "I feel ashamed saying this, but I know [REDACTED] was in me. [REDACTED] just stood there and watched. I don't quite remember." The reporting officer noted that he observed bruising on the victim's right knee and left bicep. The hotel room was processed by investigators. The alleged victim was taken to a nearby hospital for an evaluation. The two suspects were also transported separately to the same hospital to be evaluated by the same nurse a sexual assault nurse examiner.

I have only seen that both have been suspended. I have seen no confirmation that either has been dismissed.

The real shame of it is that Hicks was going to start on a Defense that sorely needed him. Even so, Mack did the right thing.

The report I read from ESPN was that Hicks would be starting. Now, that could be the usual ESPN BS but if that report is accurate, that is huge for Texas.

But just the fact that we do know they got drunk together and she invited them to her room makes this very suspect.
Plus, if she says she can't remember too much it sounds like she has no clue if she ever said "no" to anyone.

She was drunk, at that point her intentions don't matter. A drunk girl cannot consent. Did she intend to invite them up before she got drunk? You shouldn't run your mouth when you don't know the facts.
