If both are drunk it is still rape. If the girl didn't want sex when she was sober then it is rape to have sex with her after she is drunk. It is not consensual if she is too drunk to say no. I don't know why this is so hard for someone to understand. The victim blaming here is so disgusting.

All well and good but what proof is there that any of this was the case? Same goes for the players. Did anybody stop to ask them any of these questions when they were sober? I mean, this is all what if stuff. You can't send somebody to prison based on stuff that never happened or that there is no record of ever happening.

Misdemeanor versus felony. Huge difference.

You are right. However, the difference is that Manziel was convicted of Misdemeanors and the other two were convicted of nothing. That's the difference here, lets not confuse the issues.
