Don't hate DM if it's true - this is basically him setting himself up financially for the rest of his life.

Might be more than money too - I'm sure Murray is pretty sick of hearing that he is a "product of the Dallas OL" and wouldn't mind proving he is not somewhere else as well.

I wouldn't hold it against Murray at all. They added juice. They have a potential #1 in Blackmon. They will have improved QB play and a decent OL.

I don't blame Murray if he takes the cash, this is his one opportunity to hit the lottery and he'd be a fool not to take it.

I was listening to Van Pelt today and he said some things that made a lot of sense from Murray's perspective. This contract gets him to 30. He is an injury guy. So why not get your money? Makes sense.

I don't blame him. He won't get another chance to cash in like this cause he's going to be too old by the end of this deal.

My only beef with it is that he has been quoted numerous times saying "It's about winning Super Bowls". He has a better shot at the SB with me then with the Jags. It's all about the money, which is fine, but don't BS us.

If the Cowboys only offered me 4 million/year and the Jags offered me double that, I'd be pretty comfortable flip flopping the opinion and helping the other team win a superbowl.

I will never understand this mindset. T.O, Mike Vanderjagt, ok, but a pros pro like murray, i dont get.

It wasn't meant that "He was a good person as a Cowboy and he'll be less so as a Jaguar" it was meant that the Jax offensive side of the ball has a lot of issues and he won't ever reach the same level of performance he did with Dallas.

No surprise. He was in Jacksonville last night when he scrubbed his Twitter account.

Well if it's a business for the Cowboys then it has to be a business for Murray. He has to do what's best for him and his family. It goes both ways.

To go to the Jags I hope he cleans up NICELY like Laurent Robinson did. Jags are on the come up. People will call it a "wasteland" but they're having a decent offseason thus far. Draft well and this is going to be a more competitive team.
