I am leaning the same way as you are. But I confess, I keep flip-flopping. Ideally, I want the guy back, but at a very team-friendly price. But it does seem that neither side is going to be the one to cave. And let's be honest, delaying this does not help the team.

I just want this to end and for us to move on. Sign him or call his bluff and move on. I like Murray, but don't want to see us throw big money at him. Additionally, if he did call the Eagles, peace out. I would like to see Todd Gurley wear the star if need be.

League-rushing champion DeMarco Murray personally reached out to Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly on Wednesday morning, expressing his desire to play in Kelly's spread offense and with former Oklahoma roommate and quarterback Sam Bradford, according to league and team sources.

If this was before Philly signed Matthews, goes to show what Kelly thinks of Demarco's worth and contract demands... Man Demarco got some bad advice from his agents

I think his best bet to save face would have been to do a 'Dez' and fire his agent and blame him except for the fact he called Chip himself... dohhh!!!

I cant keep track of all the Murray reports, so this is prob. old news, but Ian Rappaport on NFL Network just said the Dallas back-up plan if they dont keep Murray is C J Spiller. But Saints are also interested now in Spiller.

Yea, I am ready for this to be over as well.......................give Murray our best offer and tell him he has 2 hours to make up his mind. Either sign the contract or go play for his new BFF Chippy in Philly.

Pass on Spiller. He is a below average RB. Would rather draft one.
