I appreciate @xwalker and @Bobhaze for their thorough and thought out posts, which are always very informative and thought provoking. I appreciate @CouchCoach for always making me laugh, and @Jake for just that touch of cynicism I can appreciate; and @Ranching for making me drool with all the game day menu items that are shared. I appreciate all the mods that keep this place civil. I also appreciate all the members here. It's nice to to come together with fellow Cowboys' fans!! And last, but not least, I appreciate all of what @Reality has done for providing a great platform for all of us fans to come and discuss all things Cowboys.

Man there are so many people here I really appreciate. This site is great because of the quality people that show up here and offer up great opinions, insight, humor and just general fun.

Some of these folks I have known all the way back to the old Cowboys website forum and many others I have come to know and appreciate here at the Zone:

• @CouchCoach - one of the best human beings around here. His great writing, humor and kindness are top shelf. I consider him a real friend.
• @kskboys- known him since the old Cowboys site days. Brings some spice to the opinion table and has always been smart and insightful.
• @Risen Star- makes me laugh every day. Behind that humorous facade is a really smart, good dude.
• @Diehardblues- we disagree often but diehard really loves the Cowboys and has a great sense of the team’s history. A kind soul.
• @Jake- quick wit, has very practical and insightful opinions and a good sense of humor.
• @Reality- the Godfather of the Zone. No one could ever know how much hard work he has put into making this a great place for Cowboys fans.
• @BrAinPaiNt- we owe him great thanks for the work he does in setting up the Gameday threads. He brings a lot to this site.
• @xwalker- I grind his gears on occasion but he brings some good info to the site and usually does his detail homework very well.
• @john van brocklin- one of the most positive, kind dudes around here.
• @ShortRound- brings a lot of good Twitter articles on the Cowboys and always exhibits respect and good sense of humor.
• @atlantacowboy- one of my buds from the old site. Brings some good snark and and has no problem throwing out his opinions, even when unpopular.
• @WoodysGirl- kind, funny, and the first mod to help me understand how this mod stuff is supposed to work.
• @ArtClink- a part time poster around here who happens to be my real life brother. Makes me laugh a lot and has no problem throwing down some hot sports opinions.

This list could go on and on….Appreciate this site and all the great people a ton!

Absolutely. The best on the site, IMO. And a former teacher to boot so you know he's an excellent human too.

Also, kudos to the newsbreakers here like @Risen Star and @ShortRound who have stuff posted before most media. I just about get all of my Cowboys news here.

The Xs and Os guys like @xwalker who forget more about the in-depth nature of the game than most know. I learn a lot reading y'all break things down.

All the folks who can have a good-natured debate.

And @Tangle_Foot and @John813 for consistently bringing the one-liners. @Runwildboys ain't bad either. Lol.

All these things and more make the site enjoyable and entertaining. Appreciate it.

I appreciate Reality, Bobhaze, any other admin, mods and members.....for attempting to encourage civility here. We're all passionate, fanatic, and many do have legit knowledge and insight. But most of it is opinion and speculation, and insults and troll accusations are counter to good sportsmanship and fellowship.

And yes, of course i need the reminders almost as much as anyone .

I hope everyone knows me well enough to know I appreciate them all, so I'm going to point out just a couple, because they may not realize it.

@xwalker , for the detailed breakdowns and analyses, while rarely if ever overly critical of a player. He's fair minded and gives them all a long look before explaining his opinions about them.

@MarcusRock , for being willing to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous name-calling, in an effort to show why hotly contested calls were legit or not. He stands his ground, regardless of others' refusal to entertain the thought that the league isn't out to get us.

One can get a different perspective on different situations and players both good and not so good. But it is why we are here.

I really like in the off-season the draft zone. I watch a lot of college football. All of Ohio State games, as well as other top games. But I don't pay a lot of attention to all the players from other colleges, other than some of the top names.

So after the NFL season, the Draft Zone is great. As I can read and see video of a lot of different players that I did not know about.
And love the mock drafts. So I really appreciate all the contribution posted there.
