It's so funny many people that bash Dak endlessly whether he deserves it or not don't even know who Dan Mullen is.

Excellent way to add credibility to your stance.

I didn't like what he said so he must be lying. So accuse anyone anywhere if their comment doesn't align with mine!!!
It didn’t bother me what he said, but what else is a friend of Dak going to say that he isn’t expecting big things from him this year?

according to Dak, he’s also going to keep throwing the ball aggressively despite the INTs and then he changed to he’s got to stop throwing pick 6s….

What else is Dak’s former college coach going to say?

Maybe Big Mike and company taking over for Kellen is a big reason for Mullen's optimism. If you're a Dak fan you should have the same hope that the new coaching structure will bring out the best in Dak.
No, it’s because Mullen is Dak’s college HC and his boy is on the hot seat as far as QB criticism is concerned..

Funny thing about this whole thread is. The people who claim to “know football” don’t know who Dan Mullen is but expect us to take their comments and thoughts as though they are well versed and football smart! It’s laughable
Some people don’t watch college football, especially when they didn’t have a play-off format for decades…. Some people don’t watch NFL and they watch college.. some watch both.. It’s not rocket science…

Prescott's high school coach would tell you the same thing.

Say what you will about the man but I do not believe I have ever seen a player unable to outright win the starting QB job in high school, college and the NFL but once in it, refuse to give it up when the original starter is ready to start again. Have any of you seen anything like that? It's like some crazy twist of fate but it has happened to this guy at all three levels.

That ain't normal so when I look at him, I do not think he's like other players I've watched over the years.

I see the warts and the excuse making for the picks is amusing, you can make that case for every QB that ever threw one.

And as far as the money he's making? Do you think 40M QB's are supposed to play it safe? How many have you seen once they get the big bucks, they think they have to win it all by themselves? You can start with that in Buffalo because that new deal gave Allen Superman Complex and he will not receive half the spotlight Prescott gets because of the team he plays for and Bills fans love their players more than any fans. That's why a lot of them retire there. You ever think about retiring in Buffalo, NY? Me neither.

Ya know what's not fair? How in the hell can the QB go from exalted to exhumed in one week of the playoffs? Do we just ignore the performance the week before and label him with his last game?

If posters would stop looking for evidence of an established belief and open their minds, they would enjoy this a lot more. He is a very intriguing player, maybe the most in the league,

Aren't you intrigued by how this is all being set up for this season? QB under fire for leading the league in picks and he is more than aware he is under fire. So, they let his buddy OC walk and he now gets a play caller that called for Favre and Rodgers and they let his buddy RB walk as well.

However, consider this about this guy. This guy is that guy I am talking about in that second paragraph so I do not underestimate what he is capable of doing.
He gets the starting job and he ends up sucking.. his last year in Mississippi State is the same old story. Can’t beat a ranked team and plenty of stat padding on losses..

So 15 INTs instead of 17? Great
Aikman had 141 INTS to only 165 Tds hardly agreta td-INT ratio on better teams with better coaches..what was his excuses, he had a HOF OL HOF RB HOF HOF WR & Coaches? Dak has 65 for his career with already 166 tds 26 rushing tds, half that of the great Pmanning in the same number of games.. we saw Stafford lead the league in iNTs with 17 and throw 2 in a SB win..thats the difference, its better teams can overcome some mistakes in games and we havent been good enough to do so.. that the long and short of it.

I mean so Dak who was 37-10 in 2021 when Mahomes was 37-13... I guess Daks also elite., Huh.. better teams better coaching will cover up flaws..

these hate posts acting as Daks somehow bene the issue win the playoffs and our lack of success jumping over one season in which he had more then his average INTs without context is ridiculous at best..

OL pass protection was averages to below average iE pass rush win rate against them bottom, 10- this caused issues with tipped balls, his arm being hit or jersey grabbed on follow throughs
WR terrible getting serparation and when they did get open dak hits thme in the hands and they turn into INTs
WR falling down or getting bumped off their routes.
Play calls ie route design not good.
NO RUN GAME- biggest issue last 3 playoff losses also lead back to OL, OL that cant open holes and is average to below average in pass protection , the OL that had 11 penalties in playoff games, also no run game..

so les be clear yes too many INTs, half of which were not bad throws or bad decisions those were on the above issues.. facts not hyperbole dak typically doesn't throw a lot of picks 65 is actually not even close to being abnormal.

hes top 10 qb and when they get to payoff game and cant run the ball, block or have a lot of team support, they lose..give him that run game Mahomes got in the SB , no sacks given up, Dak has shown he can win those games. yet hes blamed when the team offense just doesn't come to play.. Its team game

Having an opinion on football, but not knowing who Dan Mullen is, is like having an opinion on the USA and not knowing who Chester A Arthur is.

SMH. lol
lol. Good point. Personally, I am no longer surprised whenever a hearsay thread gets like five pages of traction, when the hearsay is about someone connected with the Dallas Cowboys.

Tell the truth as in throw him under the bus to a guy he doesn't know?
Telling the truth, that’s not throwing you under the bus. That’s just being realistic. But again, just my opinion, you are who you are right
